Private nutrition, fitness, exercise and personal-progress application.

This policy describes the processing visible in the currently available application source and configuration.

Information processed

Account name, email, password and session information; generated device identifier; body and weight records; nutrition, foods, meals and catalogue additions; exercise, workouts, goals and progress; notes; and selected camera or gallery images and media uploaded by the user.

Why it is used

To authenticate users, synchronise personal nutrition and training data across devices, maintain shared catalogues, store user media and check for app updates.

Services and disclosures

Data is exchanged with the configured private a2 server. ashleyrichards.tech is contacted for version checks. The camera or photo picker is used only when the user selects media. No Firebase, Apple Health or HealthKit, location, advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK was detected.

Storage, retention and deletion

Personal records and media remain on the private server until deleted by the user or administrator or no longer needed. Local preferences and cached records remain until cleared or the app is uninstalled. The audited source does not specify a fixed retention schedule.

Security

Access controls and authenticated connections are used where implemented by the application. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorised access using the contact address below.

Sale, advertising and tracking

The source audit found no sale of personal data and no behavioural advertising or cross-app marketing tracking. Data is disclosed only to configured service providers and business systems needed for the functions described above, or where legally required.

Children’s privacy

The application is not designed as a child-directed service. If you believe a child’s personal information has been entered without appropriate authority, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Your choices and rights

Authorised users may be able to view, correct or delete records in the app. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact us. A request may need verification and may be subject to applicable law and legitimate business-record obligations.
