CrewPilot
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Workforce, customer, job, scheduling and active-job location application.
This policy describes the processing visible in the currently available application source and configuration.
Information processed
Account credentials and session token; company and worker profiles; customer, residence and contact details; jobs, assignments, schedules, status and history; notes; profile images and uploaded attachments; and precise foreground or background worker location while an accepted job remains active.
Why it is used
To authenticate managers and workers, manage customers and jobs, schedule and assign work, share documents, display routes and maps, and let authorised managers view active-job progress and worker location.
Services and disclosures
Data is sent to the configured CrewPilot server. Google Maps and OpenStreetMap services may receive addresses, coordinates and map requests for search, routing and display. ashleyrichards.tech is contacted for version checks. No Firebase, analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDK was detected.
Storage, retention and deletion
Company records, files and reported locations remain on the configured CrewPilot server under its administrator’s retention arrangements. Session and preference information may remain locally until logout, app-data clearing or uninstalling. No fixed deletion schedule was established from the audited source.
Security
Access controls and authenticated connections are used where implemented by the application. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorised access using the contact address below.
Sale, advertising and tracking
The source audit found no sale of personal data and no behavioural advertising or cross-app marketing tracking. Data is disclosed only to configured service providers and business systems needed for the functions described above, or where legally required.
Children’s privacy
The application is not designed as a child-directed service. If you believe a child’s personal information has been entered without appropriate authority, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Your choices and rights
Authorised users may be able to view, correct or delete records in the app. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact us. A request may need verification and may be subject to applicable law and legitimate business-record obligations.
Source-audit limitation
The production server infrastructure’s access-log and backup retention could not be fully determined from the mobile source alone.
