Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Private inventory, order, document, chat and warehouse application for Metalzbyt.
This policy describes the processing visible in the currently available application source and configuration.
Information processed
Account and role information; products, prices, stock, warehouses, barcodes and stocktake records; orders, PZ and related business documents; sales and audit records; chat messages; selected photos and uploaded files; printer addresses and settings; and a user-entered target device identifier for scan relay.
Why it is used
To authenticate staff, operate inventory and order workflows, scan products, create and print labels, exchange business documents, provide chat, maintain audit history and check for app updates.
Services and disclosures
Data is sent to the configured Metalzbyt, Enova and Presta business server. Label content may be sent to Labelary to render previews. Files and chat attachments are uploaded to the configured server. Zebra printers are contacted over Bluetooth or the local network. ashleyrichards.tech is contacted for version checks. No Firebase, advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK was detected.
Storage, retention and deletion
Business records and uploads remain on the configured company server according to company administration. Login details, print settings and limited history may remain locally until logout, app-data clearing or uninstalling. No fixed server-retention schedule was established from the audited source.
Security
Access controls and authenticated connections are used where implemented by the application. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorised access using the contact address below.
Sale, advertising and tracking
The source audit found no sale of personal data and no behavioural advertising or cross-app marketing tracking. Data is disclosed only to configured service providers and business systems needed for the functions described above, or where legally required.
Children’s privacy
The application is not designed as a child-directed service. If you believe a child’s personal information has been entered without appropriate authority, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Your choices and rights
Authorised users may be able to view, correct or delete records in the app. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact us. A request may need verification and may be subject to applicable law and legitimate business-record obligations.
Source-audit limitation
iOS configuration contains location-permission wording, but the audited application source did not show live-location collection or transmission.
