Mobile stock, catalogue and order-management client for a configured PrestaShow/PrestaShop business server.

This policy describes the processing visible in the currently available application source and configuration.

Information processed

Account email and password during sign-in; authentication tokens; shop profile and currency; product identifiers, names, descriptions, prices and stock; order, customer, delivery, status and packing information; and user-requested stock or order changes.

Why it is used

To authenticate authorised staff, display and update catalogue and stock information, manage orders and packing, show local order notifications, and check for app updates.

Services and disclosures

Data is exchanged with the configured PrestaShow/PrestaShop API. Version checks and downloads use api.prestashow.com. Authentication tokens and selected settings are stored securely or locally on the device. No Firebase, analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, contact, photo or location SDK was detected.

Storage, retention and deletion

Operational records remain on the configured business server under that business’s retention arrangements. Tokens and settings remain on the device until logout, clearing app data or uninstalling. The audited source does not define a fixed server-retention period.

Security

Access controls and authenticated connections are used where implemented by the application. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorised access using the contact address below.

Sale, advertising and tracking

The source audit found no sale of personal data and no behavioural advertising or cross-app marketing tracking. Data is disclosed only to configured service providers and business systems needed for the functions described above, or where legally required.

Children’s privacy

The application is not designed as a child-directed service. If you believe a child’s personal information has been entered without appropriate authority, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Your choices and rights

Authorised users may be able to view, correct or delete records in the app. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact us. A request may need verification and may be subject to applicable law and legitimate business-record obligations.
