Private inventory, project, contact, work-report and communication application for Strefa Ciszy.

This policy describes the processing visible in the currently available application source and configuration.

Information processed

Account identity, email and role; business contacts and contact photos; customers, projects, schedules, inventory, stock movements, shopping lists, work-day records, reports and notes; chats and messages; selected photos, documents and files; push-notification tokens; and limited operational, audit and error logs.

Why it is used

To authenticate staff, synchronise business records, manage stock and projects, store and share files, create reports, provide messaging and notifications, secure backend access and support operations.

Services and disclosures

The app uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase App Check. Inventory data may be exchanged with the configured WAPRO server. Project or contact addresses may be sent to Google Maps for geocoding and navigation. ashleyrichards.tech is contacted for version checks. No Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, advertising or marketing tracking is used, and no intentional live-GPS transmission was found.

Storage, retention and deletion

Firebase-hosted business records and files remain until removed by authorised users or administrators or no longer required. Some cached records and pending logs remain locally until synchronised, cleared or the app is uninstalled. No single fixed retention period was established from the source.

Security

Access controls and authenticated connections are used where implemented by the application. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorised access using the contact address below.

Sale, advertising and tracking

The source audit found no sale of personal data and no behavioural advertising or cross-app marketing tracking. Data is disclosed only to configured service providers and business systems needed for the functions described above, or where legally required.

Children’s privacy

The application is not designed as a child-directed service. If you believe a child’s personal information has been entered without appropriate authority, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Your choices and rights

Authorised users may be able to view, correct or delete records in the app. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact us. A request may need verification and may be subject to applicable law and legitimate business-record obligations.
