Horse, stable, ride, training, event, payment and communication application.

This policy describes the processing visible in the currently available application source and configuration.

Information processed

Account identity, email and profile; horse profiles and photos; stable or school membership; rides, routes and precise location points; training targets and results; events and payment records; chats and messages; uploaded photos and files; preferences; and push-notification tokens.

Why it is used

To authenticate users, synchronise horse and stable records, record rides and routes, provide weather and map features, store media, support events, payments and messaging, send notifications and protect backend access.

Services and disclosures

The app uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase App Check. Current coordinates may be sent to Google Weather services for local weather. OpenStreetMap supplies map tiles. No Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, advertising or marketing-tracking SDK was detected.

Storage, retention and deletion

Firebase-hosted records and files remain until removed by an authorised user or administrator or no longer required for the service. Some preferences remain locally until cleared or the app is uninstalled. The source does not establish one fixed retention period for every record type.

Security

Access controls and authenticated connections are used where implemented by the application. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorised access using the contact address below.

Sale, advertising and tracking

The source audit found no sale of personal data and no behavioural advertising or cross-app marketing tracking. Data is disclosed only to configured service providers and business systems needed for the functions described above, or where legally required.

Children’s privacy

The application is not designed as a child-directed service. If you believe a child’s personal information has been entered without appropriate authority, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Your choices and rights

Authorised users may be able to view, correct or delete records in the app. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact us. A request may need verification and may be subject to applicable law and legitimate business-record obligations.
